No. We charge a simple hourly rate of £55 for home users (£45 for remote-only sessions), with no call-out fees or hidden charges. We'll always give you an estimate before we start.
Many issues can be fixed remotely — virus removal, software problems, email setup, slow performance. We'll always try remote first where possible. Some things like hardware repairs or Wi-Fi installation do need an on-site visit.
