No. We charge a simple hourly rate of £45 for home users, with no call-out fees or hidden charges. We'll always give you an estimate before we start so there are no surprises.
Many issues — including virus removal, software problems, email setup and slow performance — can be fixed remotely. We'll always try remote support first where possible, as it's faster and more convenient for you. Some things like hardware repairs or Wi-Fi installation do require an on-site visit.
